Founded in 2005, CDS is led by Brad Downs, a seasoned architectural designer dedicated to helping clients bring their visions to life with clarity and confidence—through custom home plans, remodels, additions, and ADUs.

Each project benefits from close coordination with a trusted network of outside consultants—including civil, structural, and MEP engineers, as well as landscape and pool designers—to ensure that every plan is code-compliant, HOA-ready, and fully prepared for permitting.
